Is currently looking for:
ARCHITECT
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male, not more than 40 years old.
- Graduate of Architecture or its equivalent: LICENSED
- Has an exceptional leadership skill
- Has good communication skill
- Knowledgeable on Project Management Cycle.
- With at least three (3) to five (5) years of successful engineering track record in the real estate land development or construction industry, preferably subdivision and condo projects.
- A team player and a self-starter.
- Has the ability to present ideas, directing, coordinating the preparations of the preliminary lay out.
- Proficient in Computer MS Office, Autocad & other computer aided designs.
- Willing to be assigned in A. Bonifacio Avenue, Quezon City, Butuan City and Davao City.
- Three (3) Full- time positions available.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
